The Mechanism and Detection of Laser Muscle Diffraction

摘要 通过时He-Ne激光照射动物的骨骼肌组织,产生衍射条纹的实验研究,分析了其衍射现象的机理与成因。 When He-Ne laser shining on skeletal-muscle of animal, we obteined diffraction-grating. We anylysed the experment results and explained the reason for making diffraction-grating. We know that skeletal muscle fiber is composed of thick and fine filament,which arrange egularly to form the bright bands and the dark bands. The diffraction-grating is resulted from thome separated regularly bands.
