摘要
本文研究了奶粉含水量的在线检测和最优控制问题.文中首先制定了奶粉含水量的在线检测方法,并利用最小二乘原理对生产过程进行了回归分析;其次从优化控制角度出发提出了含水量的“风温定水法”.最后利用单片微机组成了控制系统,实现了含水量的在线检测和最优控制.
The problems of on-line checkout and optimum control about the water contentof powdered milk are studied in this paper.At first,a method of on-line checkoutabout the water content of powdered milk is introduced,and the regression analysison the procedure is finished by using Least Squares Theory.Then,the method of“temperature determines water content”is presented.At last,the control system isorganized by using single chip micro-computer to realize optimum control.
