摘要
研究了翻管过程所经历的几个典型瞬时状态,从理论上导出锥形模翻管由扩口→卷曲→翻卷变形模式的转化条件,并经实验修正,从而提出了模具的卷曲临界角a_0、自由卷曲半径ρ、卷曲干涉半径ρ_e、管端开裂的塑性条件ρ_塑和翻管工艺力P_(min)等用于现实工程的计算式.
The deformation characteristics of the tube inversion process are studied. The complicated process can be resolved into three deformation modes. namely, flaring, curling and inversion. The conversion conditions for the three deformation modes of a taper die are derived and then corrected by experiment. The calculating formulae for critical curling angle α0, free curling radius ρ, curling interference radius ρe, the plastic condition of the tube edge crack ρp and the processing force applied during inversion Pmin are proposed for engineering purposes. Calculating and experimental results are found to be in good agreement.
