摘要
分析了钢管冷拔时的受力状态,对比了锥形模与弧形模两种冷拔模具拔制时金属变形的不同,指出了冷拔管表面产生纵向裂纹的原因及对成品管压扁性能的影响。
The loading state of the tube being cold-drawn is analyzed,metal deformations during tube cold-drawing operations with the tapered die and curved die are described,and the causes for surface longitudinal cracks of the cold-drawn tubes made with the two said dies and the negative influence thereby on the tube flattening property are analyzed in a comparative way.
