刺五加注射液对^60Co-γ放射损伤小鼠骨髓CFU—E、BFU—E生成的影响

摘要 目的观察刺五加注射液对60Co-γ放射损伤小鼠骨髓红系集落形成单位(CFU-E)和红系爆式集落形成单位(BFU-E)生成的影响。方法小鼠接受6.0Gy60Co-γ射线照射后立即分别腹腔注射刺五加注射液0.2和0.4ml/10g,均每日2次,连续3d;照射后第4日取股骨骨髓制备骨髓有核细胞悬液,甲基纤维素半固体培养法测定CFU-E和BFU-E集落。结果刺五加注射液能明显提高有核细胞CFU-E和BFU-E集落数量,与模型组相比均具有显著差异。结论刺五加注射液能明显提高放射损伤小鼠骨髓有核细胞数量及红系祖细胞集落形成,从而保护受损小鼠骨髓造血功能。 Objective: To obsever the effeect of injection acanthopanax senticosus on the colony - forming unit - erythroid (CFU - E) and the burst forming unit - erythro (BFU - E) production in bone marrow of mice with the ^60Co-γ radiation damage. Methods: After irradiation by 6.0 Gy ^60Co-γ- ray, the mice were intraperitoneally injected immediately each other with 0. 2ml and 0. 4ml injection acanthopanax senticosus twice a day for 3 days. On the 4th day, the femura were taken and the bone marrow nucleate cell' s (BMNC) suspension was made. CFU- E and BFU- E were measured by methylcellulose seni- solid colony culture. Results: The injection acanthopanax senticosus can increased the number of the BMC, CFU - E and BFU - E ; compared with those in the model group) . Conclusion: The injection acanthopanax senticosus can remarkably raise the number of BMC and yielding of hematopoietic progenitor cells and protect hematopoiesis of bone marrow of mice with the ^60Co-γ radiation damage.
