摘要
在宏观上对我国公共卫生投入及其绩效做出评价,希望引起同道的关注。我国以较少的卫生资源,维护了较高的国民健康水平。1996年全国卫生大会以后,我国卫生改革和发展在纠正20世纪末医疗费用疾病经济负担增长过快而公共卫生费用增长速度迟缓的问题上,是有所作为的,尽管困难仍然不少,但并不是不成功的。
Some another evaluation of the accomplishment of public health input in China from a macro outlook were reported in the article.It is wished that evaluation could get attention by the friends who interest the health development of China.The higher health levels of Chinese people were maintained by only a few health resources in China.There are something-have been doing to correct the overdevelopment of medical expenditures and disease burdens and the underdevelopment of public health expenditures, even though the difficult still exist, at the end of twenty century, after the national health congress in China 1996.But, it isn＇ t failure.
