Teachers' Specialty Development in the Background of School-Based Courses

摘要 校本课程开发是我国当前基础教育改革中的一个重要组成部分。 The development of school-based courses is a very important integrant in the present elementary education of our country. This piece, based on the challenges and opportunities from school-based courses to the teachers' professional ability,analyses the ways to promote the teachers' professionalability in the development of school-based courses.
