摘要
采用反相液相色谱法 ,Nova -PaKC18色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇∶水 =4 5∶5 5 (V/V) ,检测波长 2 4 5nm ,在 5min内同时分析杀虫单·灭蝇胺可溶性粉剂中两种有效成分的含量。该方法简便、快速、准确 ,灭蝇胺含量的标准偏差为0 .0 33,变异系数为 0 .6 5 % ,杀虫单的标准偏差为 0 .111,变异系数为 0 .4 4 % ,回收率均达到 98%~ 10 2 %。
The separation and determination of monosultap and cyromazine soluble powder were carried within 5 min by HPLC. Operating conditions were C 18 column(250mm×4.6mm), methanol∶water=45∶55(v/v) as mobile phase, UV-245 nm spectrum length. The coefficient of linear correlation, standard deviations and coefficient of variation of this method were 0.9991, 0.111, 0.44% for monosultap, 0.9994, 0.033,0.65% for cyromazine respectively. The recoveries of both components were from 98% to 102%.
