摘要
用反相离子对色谱法测定了杀虫单原粉中杀虫单的含量，色谱柱为ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＯＤＳＩ２５０ｍｍ·４．０ｍｍｉ．ｄ．５μｍ。流动相为０．０２５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾－０．００５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ四乙基溴化铵（ｐＨ６～７），检测波长２４２ｎｍ。在此条件下，杀虫单原粉中杀虫单与杂质完全分离，方法操作简便，快速准确，可用于原粉中杀虫单的分析。

performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of shachongdan (SCD) was
investigated.HPLC conditions were:spherisorb ODS1 column 250mm4mm i.d.5m with
0.025mol/L KH2PO4 -0005mol/L (Et)4NBr(pH67) as mobile phase and the signals were detected
at 242nm.Under these conditions,the SCD was separated from impurities in the sample.The
method is simple,accurate and can be applied to the determination of SCD in SCD powder.
