杀虫单在稻田水、土壤及水稻植株中的消解动态研究 被引量:2

摘要 2009~2010年在湖南、浙江和广西三地,通过田间试验,借助HPLC分析技术,对杀虫单在水稻中的消解动态进行了研究。结果表明:杀虫单在水稻水和水稻植株中的消解比在稻田土壤中更快一些;杀虫单在水稻水中的消解半衰期为1.86~2.62 d,在水稻土壤中的消解半衰期为6.13~7.70 d,在水稻植株中的消解半衰期为2.91~3.52 d。按照《化学农药环境安全评价实验准则》中对农药划分的动态标准,杀虫单是一种低残留、易降解的农药,其在水稻生产中合理使用是安全的。 The degradation dynamics of Monosultap in rice plant was studied by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) through conducting field trials in Hunan,Zhejiang and Guangxi from 2009 to 2010,respectively.The results showed that degradation of Monosultap in paddyfield water and rice plant was quicker than that in paddyfield soil;the degradation half-life of Monosultap in paddyfield water,paddyfield soil and rice plant was 1.86~2.62 d,6.13~7.70 d and 2.91~3.52 d,respectively.In accordance with the division standards from the Experimental Criteria of Environmental Safety Evaluation for Chemical Pesticides,it could be known that the Monosultap is a kind of low residual and easily degraded pesticide,so it is safe for paddyfield.
