摘要
分析给出了利用厚端非遮挡区的光谱透射率来计算给定区域光谱透射率的一般积分式,并对通带展宽、峰值降低以及相邻区域的通带重叠现象作进一步分析。
The integration formula to calculate the transmittance of the wedge filter at the given area is derived via that of the uniform area of the same. film structure. The expanding of the pass band, the pass band reduction and the overlap of the pass band of adjoining areas are further analyzed.
