简要地介绍了热导率激光脉冲法的测量原理和实际装置,着重对该方法在半导体温差电材料热导率测试中的问题和解决途径进行了详细的讨论。
The principle and arrangement of the apparatus using laser flash method for measuring thermal conductivity of thermoelectric materials are described. The efforts are concentrated on the problems introduced when using this method to measure the materials with very low thermal conductivity. It is illustrated that the errors of measuring low thermal conductivity materials using thermocouples as temperature sensor could be very significant, even though the apparatus has been well calibrated using Armco Iron (a widely accepted standard sample for calibration). The methods to reduce these errors are also discussed in the paper.
