摘要
为了减少疲劳裂纹扩展速率的变异性 ,需要高精度地拟合疲劳裂纹扩展a -N曲线 .本文认为 ,疲劳裂纹扩展是由微分方程控制的 ,故可直接用微分方程模型去拟合a N试验曲线 ,从而将由实验数据寻求a -N拟合关系式的问题 ,视为寻模问题 .计算表明 ,由一次累加值建立二阶微分方程模型后再还原的模型得到的拟合精度较高 ,可望在工程上推广应用 .
For reducing variability and dispersion of the growth rate of fatigue crack, the a-N test data of crack propagation should be approximated by hight precision formula, the method of differential equation is proposed to approach a-N test data and to determine the growth rate of fatigue crack. The results indicate that the model gives high precision. It is consistent to the experimental result satisfactorily.
