摘要
用数值计算的方法，研究了不同类型波像差及其组合的均方根值（ＲＭＳ）和β及Ｓｔｒｅｈｌ比的关系，建立了拟合关系式。
The relation among RMS errors of wavefront, beam quality factor β and Strehl ratio is interesting in an optical system and the laser beam quality analysis. In this paper, this relation is researched, and the optimal formula is established by using numerical analysis. As an example, the relation between r 0 and β is given under the Kolmogroff atmospheric turbulence model.
