摘要
针对捕收剂PS作用下的铝酸钠溶液的种分,建立了其不同含量作用下铝酸钠溶液的种分附聚动力学方程。从捕收剂对附聚反应活化能的影响变化规律可以看出,在PS含量较低时,可以使附聚反应的活化能降低,从而也降低了普通分子变为活化分子所需的能垒,有助于附聚反应的进行,而PS含量较高时使附聚反应的活化能增大,从而增大了能垒,不利于附聚反应的进行。
Directed at seed decomposition of sodium aluminate solution under the action of collector PS, the agglom-erating dynamic equation of seed decomposition of sodium aluminate solution under the action of different contents of PS is established. From the effect of the collector content on activation energy of agglomeration reaction, it can be seen that when the content of PS is lower, the activation energy of agglomeration reaction can be decreased, thereby the energy barrier that is necessitated to make the common molecule change into activation molecule is also decreased. It can contribute agglomerate reaction. However, when the content of PS is higher, the activation energy of agglomeration reaction is increased, thus, the energy barrier is also increased and it is unfavorable for agglomeration reaction.
