摘要
目的观察近绝对期青光眼小梁切除术后的疗效。方法对51例(58眼)近绝对期青光眼小梁切除术前后的眼压,视力及视野对比,明确手术疗效。结果视力提高19眼,不变36眼,3眼下降。眼压1例高于正常范围,其余57眼均等于或小于正常。视野扩大19眼,不变37眼,缩小2眼。结论小梁切除术是近绝对期青光眼治疗的安全,有效,经济的选择。
AIM: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of trabeculectomy in treatment of nearly absolute glaucoma.· METHODS: Preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure (IOP), visual acuity and visual field were compared in 51 patients (58 eyes) who had undergone trabeculectomy.· RESULTS: Visual acuity was improved in 19 eyes, unchanged in 36 eyes and worsened in 3 eyes. IOP was controlled under normal standard in 57 eyes, with only 1 eye above normal standard. Visual field was improved in 19 eyes, unchanged in 37 eyes and worsened in 2 eyes.· CONCLUSION: Trabeculectomy is a safe, effective and economical method on treating nearly absolute glaucoma.·
