摘要
目的探讨在无后囊支持的无晶状体眼的二期人工晶状体睫状沟悬吊术的手术技巧及临床疗效。方法 对31例(31眼)无后囊支持的患者行二期人工晶状体睫状沟固定术并进行回顾性分析,观察手术疗效及术后并发症。结果 31例(31眼)患者均成功完成手术。术后末次随访最佳矫正远视力均等于或优于术前最佳矫正远视力,其中0.2～0.3者7眼(22.6%),0.4～0.6者20眼(64.5%),0.8～1.0者4眼(12.9%)。眼内反应及眼压均在治疗后恢复正常;所有术眼人工晶状体位置均保持不变。无一眼出现缝线外露、眼内炎、继发性青光眼或眼球萎缩等严重并发症。结论 二期人工晶状体睫状沟悬吊术为无后囊支持的无晶状体眼患者的屈光矫正提供了安全有效的方法,远期效果需要进一步观察。
Objective To investigate the surgical technique and clinical effects of the secondary posterior chamber IOL implantation with ciliary groove suture fixation in the eyes absent of capsule support.Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed in 31 eyes of 31 patients,who were implanted posterior chamber IOL secondarily with ciliary groove suture fixation,the operative effect and postoperative complication were observed.Results All 31 cases had successful operations.At the last follow-up time,postoperative best corrected distant visual acuity achieved or over preoperative,in which 7 eyes（22.6%） were from 0.2 to 0.3,20 eyes（64.5%） were from 0.4 to 0.6,4 eyes（12.9%） were from 0.8 to 1.0.The intraocular inflammatory reaction and pressure were all recovered to normal,all IOL were in situ position.No patient had severe complications,including suture exposure,endophthalmitis,secondary glaucoma and eyeball atrophy.Conclusion Secondary posterior chamber IOL implantation with ciliary groove suture fixation provides a safe and effective method to the refractive correction of the eyes absent of capsule support,the further observation is needed for long-term outcome.
