摘要
文章从膨化硝酸铵的孔径分布、比表面积、累积孔面积和累积孔体积、吸附体积以及扩展表面积等微观参数的测试 ,对膨化铵油炸药应具有良好的冲击波感度进行了微观解释。利用升降法研究了石蜡、柴油含量对膨化铵油炸药冲击波感度 (50 %爆轰距离 )的影响。试验表明 ,该类炸药具有良好的冲击波感度 ;特别是膨化硝酸铵和石蜡、柴油的比例为 97∶ 3时 ,冲击波感度最高。另外 ,还研究了不同还原剂及其含量对膨化铵油炸药冲击波感度的影响 ,结果说明适量的还原剂都能够保证膨化铵油炸药具有较高的冲击波感度 ;对比实验结果还可以证明 ,只要选择合适的还原剂 ,增敏效果达到
In this article,microcosmic parameters including pore size distribution, specific surface area,cumulative pore area and cumulative pore volume,absorption volume and extended surface area of expanded ammonium nitrate have been measured by BET method. Through these microcosmic parameters,microcosmic interpretation on excellent shock wave sensitivity of expanded ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosives can be conducted.Influences of content of paraffin and diesel on shock wave sensitivity of expanded ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosives (50% detonation distant) have been tested by up to down method.It is concluded that this kind of explosive possesses excellent sensitivity to shock wave,expecially,when ratio between expanded ammonium nitrate and paraffin & diesel is 97∶3,sensitivity to shock wave reaches maximum. In addition,Influences of content of different kinds of reducing agent on shock wave sensitivity also have been studied.It is shown that feasible content of reductant can ensure better sensitivity to shock wave of expanded ammonium nitrate fuel oil explosives.It is possible that sensitive effects of selected appropriate reductant can reach that of TNT from control experiment results.[
