论述了炸药安全度试验方法、小样本升降法原理及应用依据，检验工作中的实际应用证明小样本升降法是切实可行的．
This paper discusses the inspection method of the explosive safety, the principleof small sample up and down method and application basis. It is proved that small sampleup and down method is feasible by applying in test.
