摘要
目的研究主体炸药HMX粒度对HMX/F2641冲击波起爆感度的影响.方法采用小隔板试验测定不同粒度下传爆药(HMX∶F2641料比=95∶5)的冲击波感度,并进行理论分析.结果给出了不同粒度下传爆药的冲击波感度值,冲击波感度值以50%起爆对应的隔板值表示.结论主体炸药粒度对传爆药的冲击波起爆感度具有显著影响.在中等密度条件下,传爆药冲击波感度随主体炸药粒度的减小而降低,表明中等密度条件下HMX/F2641冲击波感度随主体炸药HMX粒度的减小而降低.
Aim Influence of principal explosive particle size on shock initiation sensitivity of a booster explosive (HMX∶F2641=95∶5) is studied. Methods Standard Small Scale Gap Test is used to determine the shock sensitivities and theoretical analysis is conducted. Results The data of shock sensitivity, which is represented by 50% initiation gap width, for varied particle size of principal explosive is presented. Conclusion Principal explosive particle size is of marked effect on the shock sensitivity of booster explosives and the sensitivity decreases with reducing the particle size of principal explosives.
