阿斯匹林对喉癌细胞系Hep-2生长抑制作用的实验研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的 通过体外实验研究阿斯匹林对人喉癌细胞系的抑制咋用,探讨阿斯匹林对喉癌细胞的抑制作用机理。方法 MTT法、3H-胸腺嘧啶(3H-TDR)掺入法、流式细胞仪测试不同浓度下阿斯匹林抑制喉癌细胞株Hep-2的增殖的程度和对细胞周期的变化,采用PI和H033342双染荧光显微镜下观测细胞的凋亡状况。结果 阿斯匹林浓度越高对细胞的增殖抑制就越大,滞留于G0/G1期的细胞数越多。结论 阿斯匹林对Hep-2细胞具有抑制增殖的作用,主要是通过细胞毒及阻止细胞进入S期来作用,其诱导凋亡的作用较小。意义 为临床上使用非甾体类药物作为头颈部肿瘤预防用药提供实验室依据。
