摘要
了解阿司匹林的药理作用研究近况,为该药的药理研究及临床的应用提供理论依据。查阅文献总结阿司匹林在动物及临床试验中的药理作用的研究成果。国内外近年来对该药药理作用的研究获得了多方面的新成果,对该药药理作用的深入研究及临床应用将会产生积极影响。
The research progress of pharmacological function of aspirin was investigated in order to supply theoretical basis for pharmacological study and clinical application. The research achievements have summarized in animals and clinical experiments using aspirin from reference data. New progress has been made in aspirin pharmacological functions at in and abroad, having a positive impact on the further research.
