摘要
凸轮型线是凸轮驱动从动件的运动曲线,它影响到凸轮机构的效率、精度以及寿命。本文基于Matlab开发工具,设计出一类高次多项式凸轮型线。研究表明该凸轮在高速工作时,减小了启动时的冲击力,降低了运动过程中的最大加速度,并满足运动过程中的运动学与动力学要求,为凸轮型线的设计提供了一种依据。
CAM profile is the motion curve to drive CAM follower. It affects the efficiency, accuracy and life of CAM mechanism. The article based on the Matlab development tools designed a class of high order polynomial CAM profile. The research showed that at high speed, this CAM reducing the impact of the startup,lowing the maximum acceleration in the movement process and satisfy the requirement of kinematics and dynamics in the process of movement, and providing a ba- sis selection for the design of CAM profile.
