摘要
采用五种材料作为采煤机截齿耐磨层堆焊材料进行堆焊,并对不同方式热处理后的堆焊层进行了金相组织分析、硬度试验,为提高截齿的使用寿命,选择合适的堆焊材料提供了技术上的依据。
Taking five kinds of materials as a cutting tooth wear-resisting layer overlaying welding material,the microstructure analysis and hardness test of different ways for hardfacing layer after heat treatment was carried out, which can provide technical basis for selecting appropriate welding material for improving the service life of cutter tooth.
