摘要
研究生教育具有“准公共产品”性质 ,其成本应该在国家、企事业及个人之间分担。分析研究生教育成本分担与补偿有利于教育体制改革 。
Graduate education is of the nature of “quasi-public goods” and its cost should be shared among the government, the enterprises and the individuals. The establishment of a mechanism of the sharing and recovery of education cost will help the reform of educational system and promote social equity in education.
