摘要
从水资源开发利用中的生态环境问题出发,对河流系统生态环境需水量的内涵进行了探讨,讨论了南方河流系统与北方河流系统的生态环境需水内涵的异同,并以广西右江为例,对河流生态环境需水量进行了计算。结果表明,右江流域在进行梯级开发时,其水资源开发率应小于70%,维持在60%左右为最佳。
The paper discusses the intension of water volume needed by ecological environment of river system from a point of view for ecological environment issue in development and utilization of water resources, compares the difference between intension of south river system and north river system, calculates the water volume needed by river ecological environment taking Youjiang river of Guangxi as example. The result should be smaller than 70%, maintenance of 60% is best in the cascade development of Youjiang river basin.
