摘要
本文提出一种计算光栅衍射效率理论值的方法,用这种方法推出了各种类型光光栅衍射效率的普遍公式並研究了取得最佳衍射效率的条件。
In this paper, a method to compute the theoretic value of diffraction efficiency of grating is presented. Use this kind of the method, the present paper calculate normal formula of diffraction efficiency for all kinds of grating and reseach the condition to obtain the best effect of diffraction.
