摘要
教育制度变革是人类有意识、有目的的实践活动的基本条件。教育制度变革有其观念前提。对教育制度变革的观念前提何以可能和何以必要进行了探讨。
The change in educational system is the basic conditions for people to carry out pmtical activities purposefully and consiously. But to change educational system must have its own concept premise. The paper discusses the possibility and necessity of the change of concept premise for changing the educational system.
