摘要
为了说明固体单颗粒在旋转运动中受差异旋转惯性力的作用情况,试验使用高速摄像机来捕捉固体单颗粒的运动轨迹以获取其运动的参数,采用单颗粒运动学及动力学模型分析颗粒在旋转液流中的运动特性和受力规律.结果表明:颗粒在水平旋转圆盘内运动时,若转盘转速、颗粒初速度大小不同,则颗粒运动时受到的离心力与差异旋转惯性力数值大小不同.颗粒运动方向与转盘旋转方向一致时,颗粒速度与转盘转动速度之差为正,颗粒所受离心力方向与差异旋转惯性力方向一致,此时颗粒做离心运动;反之颗粒做向心运动.
Using high-speed camera to capture solid single particle traj ectory for obtaining the move-ment parameters,and adopting single-particle kinematics and dynamics model to analyze the motion charac-teristics of the particles in a rotating flow and the regularity of force.The results showed that when parti-cles moved in a horizontal rotary disk,if the speed of rotary and the initial velocity of the particles were dif-ferent,the centrifugal force and rotational inertia force were also different.The difference between the speed of particle and turning dial was positive when the motor direction of particles and rotating disc were the same,the direction of centrifugal force and differences between the rotation inertia force suffered by particles were the same,the particles did centrifugal movement,conversely,the particles did centripetal movement.
