摘要
介绍了锅炉高温管道蠕变失效过程中微观金属结构和宏观力学的基本原理。对目前在役的高压电站主蒸汽管道和再热汽管道 (热段 )蠕变现象进行了分析与探讨。介绍了电厂检测高温管道蠕变裂纹所采取的手段。阐述了高温管道安全评定和残余寿命的予测。
Brief introduction of principal fundamental of microcomic metal structure and macroscopic mechanics for creep rupture in high temperature pipes of utility boiler were given herein.There were some analysis and probe of creep in main Steam pipe and reheat pipe(hot segment) in service utility boiler.The ordinary method for check of creep crack was illustrated.Incidentally safety assessment and predicting remain life of high temperature pipe were presented also.
