摘要
目的 建立麻杏石甘汤中甘草次酸含量的HPLC测定方法。方法 采用Irregular HC18柱 (5 μm ,4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm) ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (95∶5 ) ,在 2 5 2nm波长处检测 ,流速为 0 .8ml/min ,柱温为 2 5℃。结果 甘草次酸在 1.36～ 6 .80 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9995 ;平均加样回收率为 98.38% ,RSD =1.33% (n =5 )。结论 该方法结果准确 ,重现性好 ,可以用于测定麻杏石甘汤中甘草次酸的含量。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of enoxolone in Maxing Shigan Decoction.Method A Irregular-H C 18 column(5μm,4.6mm×250mm) was used.The mobile phase was methanol-water(95∶5).The detection wavelength was at 252nm.The flow rate was 0.8ml/min,the column temperature was 25℃.Results The linear rang of enoxolone was 1.36～6.80μg,r=0.999 5.The average recovery was 98.38%,RSD=1.33%(n=5).Conclusion The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good.This method can be used for the determination of enoxolone in Maxing Shigan Decoction.
