摘要
[目的]建立反相高效液相色谱法测定健胃合剂中芍药苷的含量。[方法]采用Irregular HC18色谱柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水(40∶60) ,检测波长为230nm ,流速0 9mL/min。[结果]芍药苷在上述色谱条件下 ,分离效果理想 ,进样量在0 46～2.76μg范围内线性关系良好。[结论]实验方法简便、准确、可靠、重现性好 。
To detect the content of paeoniarnia glucoside in Jianwei Mixture by RP_HPLC.Irregular_H C18chromatographic column was used.The mobile phase was methanol_water(40∶60)with detective wave230nm and flow rate0.9mL/min.The separation was well with the linear range in0.46～2.76μg.[Conclusion]This method is simple,accurate,and reliable and has good producibility for detecting the content of paeoniarnia glucoside in Jianwei Mixture.
