卫生学校高护班学生心理状况与对策探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨卫校护理专业大专学生的心理健康状况及对策。方法 应用症状自评量表及自编问卷对卫校护理专业大专班的 2 6名男生和 33名女生进行调查 ,并进行统计学处理。结果 症状自评量表显示 ,大专护理专业学生在总均分、阳性项目均分、躯体化、恐怖、人际关系、精神病性因子均较常模为高 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;自编问卷结果显示 ,男女学生在自愿选择专业 ,对专业的热爱程度 ,希望转读其他专业方面有显著差异 ,从而导致心理问题的出现。结论 护理专业学生在认识上对护理专业存在偏差 ,易出现心理问题 ,学校应加强心理疏导 ,使学生树立正确的人生观、价值观。 Objective To explore the psycho-states of students of nursing junior classes in health school and countermeasures. Methods Investigations were conducted in 26 male students and 33 female ones of nursing junior classes in health school with the Self-rating symptom scale(SRSS) and Self-made inventory(SMI).Results It was found that total mean score, mean score of positive items, factors’ scores of somatization, phobia, interpersonal relation and psychotic all were higher in these students than in norms and the difference was significant in the SRSS (P<0.05);there were significant differences in such aspects as voluntarily selecting speciality, degree of devotion to speciality and expectation of transferring into other speciality in the SMI. Conclusion The students have cognitive warps in nursing speciality and are liable to develop psycho-problems, attentions should be paid to mental catharsis so as to make students to build up correct philosophy and viewpoint of worth.
