摘要
PHB作为"白色污染"塑料的代替品,具有广泛的应用前景。介绍和归纳目前从微生物细胞中分离提取PHB的各种方法,以为实现PHB的工业化生产提供参考。
As the substitute of plastic which is regarded as ＂white pollution＂,PHB has a wide application prospect.This paper mainly introduced the methods of extracting PHB from microbial cells,in order to provide references for industrial production of PHB.
