摘要
介绍差压铸造的原理 ,分析该原理的优点和存在的问题 ,并回顾差压铸造液面加压控制系统的发展 ,最后指出差压铸造对于复杂薄壁铸件的生产有着明显的优势 ,并提出液面加压控制系统的发展趋势。
The theory of differential-pressure casting together with its advantages and disadvantages is discussed in this paper, and the development of the liquid surface forcing control system for differential-pressure casting method is reviewed as well. At the end of this paper, the developing direction of the differential-pressure casting technique and its predominance of liquid surface forcing control system on production of complex and thin wall casting are predicated.
