摘要
从理论上阐述了低压铸造液面加压控制系统的可行性及实施方法,并通过实验验证。新研制出的CLP-5型系统,解决了低压铸造中的几个老大难问题──型内电触点、升液管易冻结、汲面回落将氧化夹渣带入合金液而进入铸件等。
The availability and use of CLP-5 pressurized control system for molten metal surface of stalk in low--pressure die-casting process have been theoretically described.The results of experiments indicated that CLP-5 pressurized control system new developed has solved several problem of long-standing in low-pressure die-casting process,covering the electric contacts in the die,premature solidification of stalk,enabling oxide inclusions to drain down into holding vessel etc.
