在真空铸造中,为了满足工艺要求,提高铸造质量,必须严格控制真空度参数。因此,对真空铸造系统的定值控制进行了试验,结果认为:真空铸造系统采用微机控制可实现系统的闭环定值控制,其控制系统工作稳定,控制精度高,反应速度快,调节方便。
For fullfilling the demand of technology and promoting casting quality in vacuum casting,it is necessary to control the parameter ofvacuum degree Strigently,So the experiments of constant value control in vacuum casting system have been praclised, The test resalt shows that systematic closed-loop constant value. control can be achieved by use of computer control in vacuum casting system,and the control system features styble operation, high precision control, fast response and easy to adjust.
