摘要
本文采用美国Jarrell-Ash Atom Scan2000顺序扫描型仪器对人体血清中痕量元素Sr和Mn测定方法进行了研究。通过波长扫描选择无干扰线,以信背比来确定功率、载气流量及观测高度等参数。背景干扰采用高峰扣背景的方法较正,参比样品不使用基体匹配,血清样品直接稀释测定。样品加标准回收,Sr和Mn两元素均在90-105%之间,测量相对标准偏差均小于5%。
In this paper,the determination method for trace elements Sr and Mn in blood serum were studied with Jarrell-Ash Atom Scan 2000 ICP-AES of America is reported。Analytical lines free from the interferences by wave- length scan are selected。ICP-AES operating parameters,power,carrier gas flow and viewing height are decided by the signal to background ration of spectral lines,correcting the background by leave peak。The composition of standard solution does not need matching with that of samples。Sample solution of blood serum is prepared with dilution of deionized water and that is aspirated into the plasma directly。Standard addition tests for the above the elements showed 90-105% recovery and RSD of analysis less than 5%。
