石英所致红细胞脂质过氧化的自由基种类的初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本文利用酶学方法观察石英诱发红细胞脂质过氧化的自由基种类。在石英诱发红细胞脂质过氧化反应中,分别加入超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶,结果提示这两种酶均不能减弱石英对细胞的脂质过氧化作用。表明这个反应中,可能没有这两种酶所作用的底物自由基超氧阴离子(O^÷2)与过氧化氢(H2O2)。抗氧化剂维生素E能减弱石英所致红细胞脂质过氧化作用。聚-2-乙烯吡啶氮氧化物能消除石英所致红细胞脂质过氧化作用。 Biomembrane damage is an initiative effect of lung fibrosis caused by quartz. Erythrocyte and macrophage are of fen used to investigate such damage of biomembrane in vitro test. In this study, free radicals in lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte membrane caused by quartz were examined through enzyme analysis for the purpose of the inhibition of free radicals, the protection of biomembrane by administration of some special antioxidants , and the exploration of new possible paths for the treatment of silicosis. The results suggested that both superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) may not decrease quartz-induced phosphatide peroxidation of erythrocyte membrane, which indicated that SOD and POD maybe not the participants of effects on superoxide (O2-) and hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) of substrate free radicals.An antioxidants, a-tocopherol (VE) , could decrease the quartz-induced lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte membrane.PVNO, an effective medicine for the treatment of silicosis .could also inhibite the effects.
