电焊烟尘对作业工人血中超氧化物歧化酶活性和巯基含量影响的探讨 被引量:2

The effect of welding fumes on superoxide dismutases activity and sulfhydry level in welders

摘要 本文通过对62名电焊工和35名对照者血中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),巯基(-SH)和发锰的研究,发现电焊工血中SOD,-SH和发锰值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),相关分析表明,两组的发锰/SOD(r=0.5239和r=0.3558)均呈显著性相关(P<0.01和P<0.05),而两组的发锰/-SH的相关性(r=0.1867和r=0.0398)均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。故认为,电焊烟尘可引起作业者血中SOD的活性和-SH含量的增加,这可能与电焊烟尘中锰等因素的影响有关。 Superoxide dismutases (SOD), sulfhydry (-SH) in blood and manganese in hair (MnH) were analysed in 62 welders and 35 normal workers. The results showed that SOD, -SH and MnH of welders were significantly higher than that of control. MnH of those two groups showed a correlation coefficient with SOD as 0.5239 and 0.3558 respectively but there was no correlation with -SH. This study suggested that welding fume tended to increase SOD and -SH in blood of welders and might be associated with Mn.
