空气负离子对超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛含量影响的长期动态观察

摘要 本实验就空气负离子对大白鼠血SOD活性及MDA含量的影响进行了长期动态观察。结果显示负离子组大鼠血红细胞SOD活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),并且二组SOD活性均随鼠龄的增长而减弱,只是负离子组的减弱速度和程度比对照组缓和得多(P<0.01),表明空气负离子可有效地延缓SOD活性随鼠龄减弱的变化。另一方面,负离子组大鼠血浆MDA含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05),并且二组MDA含量均随鼠龄的增长而增高,只是负离子组的增高速度与幅度比对照组缓和得多(P<0.05),表明空气负离子可有效地延缓MDA含量随鼠龄增高的变化。 A long term dynamic observations of the influence of negative air ions(NAI) on SOD and MDA in blood of white rats were made, The results showed that the activities of SOD in red cells of the white rats exposed to NAI were significantly higher than that of the control (P<0.01). Moreover, although the acti. vities of SOD in red cells of both groups appeared to be decreased with age, yet that of NAI's group showed a milder process (P<0.01). On the other hand, the plasma contents of MDA in NAI's group were obviously lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Similarly, the plasma contents of MDA of both groups were increased with age, however, that of the NAI's group showed a slower process (P<0.05). It revealed that NAI might prevent red cell SOD from decreasing and plasma MDA from increasing with age.
