正电子发射断层显像及磁共振弥散加权成像在肺癌疗效评价中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 单纯基于解剖学的影像检查手段主要依靠肿瘤体积的变化评估肺癌治疗后的疗效有许多缺陷,而功能影像检查则能在形态学改变之前反映出肿瘤对治疗的反应,有望早期评估肺癌的疗效。本文对18氟-脱氧葡糖正电子发射断层显像(18F-FDG PET)及磁共振弥散加权成像(MR-DWI)在肺癌疗效评价中的应用进行文献复习及综述。 The traditional imaging methods based on anatomical are mainly depended on the change of tumor size in eval uation of the effect of lung cancer after treatment has many defects, while functional imaging can reflect the tumor change responsed to therapy before morphology, which is expected to early evaluation the effect of lung cancer. In this paper, we reviewed the literature about the application of lSF-FDG PET and MRI- DWI in evaluation of lung cancer curative effect.
