摘要
目的 :观察通心络胶囊合消心痛等中西医结合治疗不稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :选符合纳入标准的不稳定性心绞痛患者 10 5例 ,随机分为两组。在常规治疗的基础上 ,治疗组 5 6例予通心络胶囊合消心痛 ,对照组 4 9例仅用消心痛 ,疗程均为 15天。结果 :治疗组显效 19例 ,有效 2 7例 ,无效 10例 ,总有效率为 82 .1% (92 % CI=72 .1%～ 92 .1% ) ;对照组显效 10例 ,有效 18例 ,无效 2 1例 ,总有效率为 5 7.1% (95 % CI=4 3.2 %～ 71.0 % )。两组综合疗效比较 ,差异显著 (u =2 .4 4 5 6 ,P =0 .0 15 2 )。结论 :通心络合消心痛中西医结合治疗不稳定性心绞痛疗效优于单用消心痛 ,其收益为 OR=0 .2 9(95 % CI=0 .12～ 0 .70 ) ,NNT=4 (95 % CI=2 .35～ 13.32 )。
Objective:To observe the effect of combined Tongxinluo capsule (通心络胶囊) and isosorbide dinitrate on instability angina.Method:105 patients with instability angina were selected according to the diagnostic criteria and randomly divided into the treatment group(56 patients)and the control group(49 patients).Patients in the treatment group were treated with combined Tongxinluo capsule and isosorbide dinitrate on the basis of routine therapy,and patients in the control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate alone for 15 days.Results:In the treatment group,19 patients significantly effective,27 patients effective,and 10 patients ineffective,the total effective rate was 82.1%(95%CI=72.1%～92.1%).In the control gruop,10 patients significantly effective,18 patients effective,21 patients ineffective,the total effective rate was 57.1%(95%CI=43.2%～71.0%).The difference in total therapeutic effect between the two groups was notable( u=2.4456,P=0.0152). Conclusion:Combined Tongxinluo capsule and isosorbide dinitrate had better therapeutic effect in treating instability angina than isosorbide dinitrate alone.OR=0.29(95%CI=0.12～0.70).NNT=4(95%CI=2.35～13.32).
