摘要
酸洗用钢板(简称酸洗板)是将热轧后钢板酸洗后直接用于工件制造的产品,因此对其产品的性能及质量状况应予以特别关注。本文介绍了热轧酸洗板的用途和生产工艺,针对酸洗板常见的缺陷和热轧酸洗卷在生产过程中出现的主要缺陷进行分析,同时根据产品的不同用途对质量的不同要求,提出了具体防治措施。
Pickled steel sheet is post -pickled hot -rolled steel sheet and directly used for the work piece manufacturing Therefore, its performance and quality should be particularly paid attention to. In this paper, we introduce the application of pickled sheet and production process, and analyze its common defects and main defects during production process. At the same time, according to different requirements on product quality due to various applications, we propose concrete preventive measures.
