摘要 在引发剂过硫酸铵 (APS)的作用下 ,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵 (DMDAAC)和丙烯酸等乙烯基类单体 (VM )以适当比例在水溶液中通过共聚合反应制得了一种两性乙烯基类树脂复鞣剂。在单体质量浓度为 30 %、引发剂用量为单体质量的 2 .0 %、反应温度为 5 5℃、反应时间为 1.5h的条件下 ,得到的粘度为 80 0 0mPa .s左右的两性乙烯基类聚合物复鞣剂应用性能最好。该复鞣剂选择填充性显著 ,无败色现象 ,且成革手感柔软、丰满 。 A new amphoteric vinyl polymer retanning agent has been synthesized by copolymerization of dimethyldiallyammonium chloride (DMDAAC) and vinyl monomer in adequate proportion in queous solution with ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator. When the mass concentration of monomers was 30%, the mass of initiator to monomer was 2.0% and the reaction temperature was 55?℃ for 1.5?h, the viscosity of the copolymer reached to 8?000?mP·s. The application test shows that it has excellent selective filling properties and cannot bring about the question of pastel shade. The applied leather had good quality characteristics such as feel, softness, and fullness. Meanwhile, the structure and property was confirmed by chemical analysis and IR.
