摘要
随着我国城市经济水平的不断提高及土地利用制度等一系列改革政策的实施,在计划经济体制下形成的城市空间结构跟城市现代化和可持续发展要求之间的冲突已日益明显,严重阻碍了城市运行效率的提高。基于此,本文分析了郑州市区空间结构存在的问题,并探讨了未来影响郑州市区空间结构的有利条件和不利因素,认为郑州市区空间结构应改变以往单中心圈层扩展的发展模式,向多中心分散组团式转变,形成以交通网、信息网和绿化带连接的簇团式空间结构模式。
With the changing of developing environments of our cities and the implement of series of reform policies, the conflictions between urban space structure formed under the planning economic system and the demands of modernization and sustainable development has become more and more obvious, which impedes the improvement of efficiency of cities. This article analyses the current problems of zhengzhou space structure and analyses the factors which will influence the evolution of zhengzhou space structure. Based on the above analysis, this article points out that the space structure of zhengzhou should change from single-central, circling expansion to multi-central, space structure pattern.
