摘要
973计划项目“石油炼制和基本有机化学品合成的绿色化学”在依托部门中国石化的大力支持下,通过5年的系统研究,不仅全面完成了项目计划任务书所列的各项任务,使石油炼制和基本化学品绿色合成领域的基础研究达到了新的水平,在技术创新方面出现了众多的生长点,有些成果完成了从知识创新到技术创新的跨越,实现工业试验甚至达到工业大规模的应用,对经济和社会的发展作出了实质性贡献。例如,我国60%以上的车用清洁汽油生产需要依靠本项目研发的FCC催化剂和新工艺。本项目的实施为满足我国生产欧Ⅲ、Ⅳ标准排放的汽柴油生产和绿色清洁生产己内酰胺等有机化学品提供了有利的技术支撑,产生了显著的经济和社会效益。
This section present the significant output of the research project titled "Green chemistry related to gasoline, diesel and petrochemical production", which has been promoted by the national for the major state basic research development program from fiscal years 2000 to 2005 and fulfilled in November, 2005. The project aims to encourage basic research to give new scientific knowledge concerning novel catalytic materials and new reactor engineering for ‘green' processes. After a five years systemic research, all planned tasks have been accomplished by research project team' great effort and under SINOPEC energetically support. Our project not only bring basic research related to petroleum refining and petrochemical production to a higher lever, but also produce very important fruits as new technologies for producing high-quality transportation fuels. A span was realized from new knowledge to innovate technology. Some technologies from the project have a large extensive commercial development, for example, innovative catalyst and FCC from the project have been applied to produce sixty percent motor fuels in China, showing significant contribution to our national economic and social process. To sum up, the project provide powerful technical support for producing gasoline diesel oil meeting EU Ⅲ and Ⅳ specification and independent innovation on complete green synthesis route for caprolactam, with substantial economic and social benefits.
