摘要
研究了重油乳化的优化工艺条件及重油-煤-水三元混合流体燃料的研制;考察了乳化剂、水浴温度、pH值、掺水率对乳化重油稳定性以及粘度的影响;讨论了球磨机转数、球煤质量比、球磨时间对煤体粉碎效果的影响;以及助燃剂对重油-煤-水三元混合流体燃料燃烧性能的影响。实验结果表明,经过处理的三元混合燃料可使重油及煤粉充分燃烧,减小环境污染。
In this paper, it is researched that the optimum technological factors of emulsified heavy oil and the research of heavy oil, coal and water triplex synfuel . The kinds of emulsifier, experimentation temperature, the PH value and the percentage of water added in the oil affect the stability of heavy oil and viscosity . These are observed by temperation. It is found that the revolution, the time and the proportion of quality between steal ball and coal influence the effect of coal crush during grinding, and aid combustion agent affect the combustibility of the heavy oil - coal - water triplex liquid synfuel. The resolution is that the treated triplex synfuel can make heavy oil and coal burn full enough, increasing the utilization ratio of coal.
