摘要
研究了HG系列降粘剂对不同含水率 (0— 6 0 % )的华北油田宁一联原油乳状液流变性的影响。HG系列降粘剂为华北油田常用降粘剂 ,其主剂为多乙烯多胺起始的嵌段聚醚表面活性剂。研究结果表明 :在含水率 10 %—6 0 %的宁一联原油乳状液中加入HG降粘剂后 ,乳状液流变行为指数n增大 ,稠度系数k减少 ,粘度降低 ,低温屈服值 (低温结构强度 )减小 ,凝点降低 ,转相点降低 ;降粘剂对不含水原油和含水率≤ 10 %的原油乳状液无效 ;降粘剂的效果随含水率增大而增大。对于宁一联原油乳状液 ,HG 1降粘剂的效果最好 ,当含水率为 6 0 %时 ,降粘率高达 88.17% (加药量 10 0mg/L) ,转相点降低到含水率 10 %
The effects of HG series viscosity reducers on rheological behavior of water cut(≤60%) crude oil from Block Ning 11 at Huabei (the 1st Ning gathering station)are investigated in this paper. HGs are commonly used at Huabei Oil Fields and composed of polyethylenepolyamine initiated block copolymers as their main constituent. It is shown that introducing HGs into the crude oil of water cut 10—60% leads to increasing its rheological index, n , and decreasing its consistance coefficiency, k , aparemt viscosity, yield stress at lower temperature, pour point, and phase conversion point. The viscosity reducing efficiency of HGs improves with the water cut of the crude oil (from 10% to 60%). Of these HGs, the most effective for the crude oil is HG 1. With 100 mg/L HG 1 added, the viscosity reducing efficiency of 88.17% is observed for the crude oil of water cut 60% and the phase conversion point is decreased from water cut 60% to 10%.
