以造纸废液为主要原料的重油乳化剂的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研制廉价的重油乳化剂 ,在实验室采用亚硫酸盐法纸浆废液与阴离子和非离子型表面活性剂复配制备了一种重油乳化剂。最佳配方为纸浆废液 5 46 .4mg、十二烷基硫酸钠 13.7mg、OP 10 3.4mg、Span 2 0 13.7mg、乳化剂S 2 3.0mg、pH 11.5的乳化剂 (共占乳化重油总质量的0 .6 % )。可使油水质量比为 70∶30的油包水型乳化重油在 85℃下稳定 134h以上 ,常温下稳定一年以上。通过对不同重油乳化稳定性的研究表明 ,其乳液稳定性差别较大。试验过程中采用均匀设计与调优软件进行试验方案的设计和试验结果的优化 ,考察了乳化剂中纸浆废液、阴离子和非离子表面活性剂间的协同作用及pH值的影响。 A heavy oil emulsifier was prepared from the composite of the waste sulfite cooking liquor from reed pulp with anionic and nonionic surfactants in the laboratory. The optimized emulsifier formulation was composed of 546.4mg sulfite cooking liquor, 13.7mg Span-20, 3.4mg OP-10, 23.0mg emulsifier S and a pH 11.5 emulsifier (0.6% in the emulsifying oil). The emulsion stability of a water in oil emulsion with oil/water ratio of 70/30 was more than 134h at 85 ℃ and was more than one year at ambient temperature. The emulsion stability of different heavy oils with the same emulsifier was dissimilar. The uniform design and optimization software was used to design the experiments and optimizing the test results, the synergetic effects of waste sulfite liquor, and the anionic and nonionic surfactants as well as the influence of the pH value were investigated.
